First:  Please take time to look through the forum as this subject has been discussed AT LENGTH.
Second:  Please take time to look at the Steam entry in the Applications Database.  There is much information that can help overcome this problem.

http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=1163 is the AppDb entry for Steam.  There was no entry for Counter Source.
