[Wine] Re: Wine does not allow program to see USB ID

Dear all,

The steps for me to get the license on an USB drive to work were:
1. Login into: https://www.projectmessiah.com/gen5/index.php
2. You should have a Linux/WINE license. If so, you will see:
    OS: Linux/WINE  Wineconfig Drive Serial Number 
3. Enter this serial number into the WINE configuration.
    a. In Wine configuration->Drives, I already made a drive mapping:
        D: /media/MESSIAH
    b. Select this mapping, then click on  Show Advanced
    c. Enter the number in the Serial entry

Now my question:
I am using WINE 1.2.2, and Messiah studio runs. However, Messiah studio seems to crash quite regularly. Which version of WINE should I use?
