Location

At this point, the plan is to have a very open schedule with a lot of time for informal discussions. Furthermore, we will keep a white board of discussion topics and make time and room for those ad hoc discussion topics. With that said, we will have a formal schedule as follows:

• We have had generous donations of funds to Wineconf which will enable us to provide small travel subsidies to needy Wine hackers. Email Jeremy privately to request a subsidy.
• Presuming the conference stays below 35 people, CodeWeavers can host this entirely at its facility, which will save on costs. Given this, CodeWeavers will provide meals and arrange transportation, and no fee seems to be necessary.
• Further donations are gratefully accepted; see the link at the bottom of the page to help out.
• The whole CodeWeavers crew will likely be around both before and after the conference, and we'll likely have social functions Friday night, and would welcome anyone wishing to spend a bit more time with us.
• The LinuxWorld New York show is the proceeding week and, with luck, the Wine Project will have a table. Folks could come help staff the table and then come on across to Wineconf.

We intent to make streaming audio available from the main conference room, and we will be providing wireless access to the conference rooms, so that folks can join in via IRC. We'll try to project a large IRC chat window while people are not speaking.
