There were no streams shown since the last comment, but I found another way to
get the reproduction: go to Overwatch League tab -> Videos and try to play any
video. This will crash
Battle.net Helper.exe in the same way as before. I've
attached the backtrace for confirmation, and updated the title accordingly.
This looks a lot like a failure in MF. Can you attach
a log with
+mfplat,+seh?
Log with +timestamp,+mfplat,+seh attached. There doesn't seem to
be anything
related to MF though. I clicked "Play video" at timestamp 19954.
Alternatively, does disabling mfplat affect anything?
Doesn't seem to have any effect. Also attached log in this configuration (crash
at timestamp 19816).
