Two steps further now, removing ~/.wine repaired UT in D3D, but only for wine
9.60 and lower. I'll start regression on this when I've finished my exams and
really have some time.
Hints are still welcome.

In 1.0rc*: err:ddraw:IDirectDrawImpl_CreateNewSurface
IWineD3DDevice::CreateSurface failed. hr = 8876017c
