I've added screenshots of the Windows task manager shortly after tabbing out of
WoW in Windows. It should be pretty obvious in both of them when the game was
minimised. In the first image I was just playing normally in an outdoor area,
getting a framerate around 45fps, and I *believe* it's GPU-bound. In the
second, I was just looking at the ground so as to get my framerate capped (the
same behaviour is seen when playing indoors or other areas which are simpler to
draw), which shows a slightly different pattern.

This should be enough to show that there is definitely more than one core in
use by the game in Windows, beyond what would be seen by simply moving one
thread from core to core.
