Visual C++ Express project (Yes, I know... I hadn't used Windows for 2
months...)

Clipboard Viewer X is written in C++, and so can't be used directly. But the
library it uses looks like a layer over the Windows API.

I have created my own clipboard viewer, which (currently) can get the list of
available formats and clear the clipboard... and that's about it. I haven't
looked at the Clipboard Viewer X code closely yet.
