Test and verified the patch against the current git (wine-1.1.24-293-gdf1d04b).
 Fixed the problem on my system with launching URL.  Would like to see this in
the next beta version/added to the current git!!

I already sent a better patch in may:

But it was not committed. They first want tests for mixed ansi/unicode DDE
client/server. There are such tests, but still not committed, too.
