I am using N99.8.0208.0800 which is version 9

The right side of the table runs off the right margin.  In the picture I
posted: http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=20743, you will see that I
have made two red circles.  

The lower circle is circling the right page margin.  It is shown as thin gray
vertical line.

The upper circle show where the table pokes about 10 centimeters past the right
margin.  The table should stop exactly at the right margin.

The other picture I posted shows how it (correctly) looks in XP:
