Microsoft Reader hangs and has to be killed when put into Full Screen Mode.

This appears in the console:
fixme:win:LockWindowUpdate (0x30036), partial stub!
fixme:win:LockWindowUpdate ((nil)), partial stub!

To get this far, "winetricks vcrun6" required to work around Bug 18644.
