It's definitely regression. Starting new game works on Wine 1.1.15 and doesn't
work on Wine 1.1.16
As it was said earlier this is the problem with help window which can open
several times in game and not only on the beginning.

It's still an issue in Wine 1.1.29  

Why nobody confirms that bug? There are already three peoples experiencing the
same.
