with current git, when i set winver to windows 7, "enhanced full dynamic
lighting" works always with correct sky, and "full dynamic lighting" and
"object lighting" work occasionally correctly. Maybe it's using DX10? dunno.
Seems like so. Anyway, even with correct sky, minor graphical bugs are there
(sometimes some flicker, and textures with holes done with alpha are not drawn
100% correctly, but it doesn't affect playability much)
