In fact this is the MDI child window's menu. If you unmaximize the child window
this menu goes away, however it does not appear on the child windows which does
not seem very logical.

Also when the child window is maximized, selecting 'Minimize' minimizes
winefile's main window instead of minimizing the MDI child window which I think
is another bug.

Finally its 'About Wine' menu entry looks out of place but it comes from
user32's resource file, not from winefile's. Also it may be the same menu that
gets displayed when Wine runs in non-managed window mode (but I will at least
fix the ellipsis), and if so that would justify having this 'About Wine' menu
there (or arranging to have a separate menu for that case).
