I can confirm this bug, although I didn't realize that turning off the pixel
shader fixed it.  Obviously, in the first image, the green background is
supposed to be transparent.  This bug does greatly effect game play on these
two worlds.  Typically, if I'm playing the galactic conquest game, I have the
most trouble on these worlds, so spend a lot of money on good bonuses for them
(Felucia is the worse of the two).
