Hello,

no need for manual copy.
'winetricks mspatcha' should give you native mspatcha in 32-bit WINEPREFIX.

As for the "bad exe format": you probably copied the 64-bit version to your
32-bit WINEPREFIX or vise versa.

If you work with 64-bit prefixes and put stuff manually be aware of the
filesystem/registry redirection (system32 vs. SysWOW64).
