I had this issue before and I have it now too. Using 1.5.30 version of wine. 

Uparrow don't work on menus. Right arrow don't work on game. 

Not so sure which keys work and which don't.

I tried to reconfigure keys last time I played this game but it was not
helping. I quess it doesn't help now either.
