This installs and starts for me in a new 32-bit prefix with wine-mono 4.5.0
(haven't tried .net or 0.0.8).

In a 64-bit prefix the GUI claims success, but the program doesn't start and I
get msi errors in the terminal, apparently because of:
0036:Call msi.MsiRecordSetStringW(00000003,00000000,0b79ddd8 L"DIFXAPP: ERROR -
You need to use the 64-bit version of DIFXAPP.DLL to install drivers on this
machine.") ret=0b683737
