It works just fine for me, Office14 PowerPoint Viewer with a document you
linked to - animations work smoothly, slide transition works too. I'm running
latest wine from git. It's possible that your packaged wine dependecies are
messed up or something like that.

And you need to set riched20 as 'native' for this prefix. Let's wait for
someone else to confirm but this is fixed or invalid imho.
