I am very sorry for the bad news but there is something i didn't understand.
See bug 39674. It is resolved by reverting some commit. OK, 3DMark03 works.
Then I decided to check how your patch will work with this application.
It failed. 3DMark03 is not started again with log

err:winediag:nulldrv_CreateWindow Application tried to create a window, but no
driver could be loaded.
err:winediag:nulldrv_CreateWindow The explorer process failed to start.

To check I reverted this patch and the application is working again.
How it is possible? Why this patch may influence?

Anybody can check the application with this patch?


PS. About including into mainstream take into account that 1.8 will not accept
new codes. "Code freeze". Will wait for 1.9.
