Hello jre,

drive 'C:' is a fallback choice, yes (the app states it in the message).

>From logical point of view it doesn't make sense to execute a USB/portable
installation directly to the main hard-drive since this violates Windows design
guidelines for software installations.
Instead I would expect the installer to fall back to standard MSI based setup
routine.

Please test with a real Windows and force the USB portable installer part to
drive "C:" (instead of the USB stick).

If it really puts a fully working portable installation on "C:", I'd
de-duplicate the bug again, tracking this problem.
