Hi Anastasius

Tested on Windows 7: it works. The USB-Installation (to drive "C:") succeeds,
and StartCenter.exe from drive "C:" can be executed and starts SSE.

I've reset the bug status to "unconfirmed" and added bug #21448 in the AppDB as
affecting SSE2015.
