No change in Wine 1.7.38.

Latest version is Build 1150 which insists on a 64-bit machine.

$ sha1sum mt5tester.setup.exe 
e6dd35490700f1dee9d8f2aad525f25ee0865f54  mt5tester.setup.exe

The latest build has some global statistics at the bottom of the application.
This suggests that some data is being received. However there is an additional
field in the Services tab which confirms that the agents are not connected to
the Cloud.
