I'm able to replicate your results in 2.0-rc1 and 2.0-rc2, with the RX480
regedit. Even with the -staging versions of rc1 and rc2 it won't run without
the RX480 regedit.

Well cool. Now Wine just needs multistream texture support, and GTAV might just
get working.
