I've never heard of Nvidia TwinView and I can't find it in nvidia-settings
either.

I've had problems with a lot of games launching on the wrong monitor, even
outside of WINE. some work fine, some don't, but DOOM on WINE just straight out
takes the secondary screen with it.(as in turns it off)
