Building for Mageia was disabled temporarily when we moved to our new build
system (see
https://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-devel/2017-March/117104.html):

For reference, old builds (before we switched to the new system) are still
available at: https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds.old/.

Actually it would be interesting to know how many people actually want to use
WineHQ packages on Mageia, to evaluate if it makes sense to bring them back, or
if the dead links should just be removed.

Also, if there are any people familiar with Mageia listening here: If you can
provide hints how to get those packaging tools properly working on Debian, that
would also be very appreciated.
