I actually have this bug on Mesa with Intel HD 4000.

The fps limit seems to help, I didnt have the stutter, but the fps still drops
to ~40.

On Nvida GTX750Ti I'm unable to play more than 10 min, because fps drops to
around 20. But it might be something about my configuration as I only have
access to that PC once in a while, so I cant test it thoroughly.
