Sorry, I covered everything in my first comment without reiterating that I was
using wine-staging 2.15!

In Comment 19 I expanded my situation: "I am now running three versions of
Wine. Wine-staging 3.4 for Final Fantasy XIV, wine+pba for World of Warcraft
and wine-staging 2.15 for HotS...this is not ideal."

Sorry for that omission.
