At some day I was able to install wine from the standard Ubuntu repositories
with:
sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386 && sudo apt update
sudo apt install wine-stable wine32 winetricks

Currently this is wine-3.0 (Ubuntu 3.0-1ubuntu1)

But I never was able to correctly install with the instructions from here:
