Hello,

The fist step in the building instructions is to get the Wine source code by
cloning a GIT repository. There is no apt/source.list configuration involved.

You're not reading the instructions properly.
You must fix that first.

Read the linked Building Wine instructions thoroughly as there are many
pitfalls.

Most of the commands are generic. The instructions are for Ubuntu for some
parts, but it's a Debian based distribution so it should be easy to adapt them
(hopefully).

If you get stopped at some steps, you should go to the forums. There are many
users that have compiled Wine on different OS that are willing to help.
