tldr; Try to move it to whatever is mapped to C: and launch it from there.



The application still works fine for me under Wine, but from the stacktrace it
is the installer that crashes.

It is a standard Qt Installation Framework installer, and it also works just
fine under Wine here. There is however a bug in QIF that requires it to be
launched from the C: drive under Windows, and from the stacktrace it seems like
you have it on Z:. So, try to move it to ~/.wine/drive_c somewhere.
