Oh, I didn't read the stacktrace properly, didn't see the «Unhandled exception:
unimplemented function UxTheme.dll.SetWindowThemeAttribute called in 32-bit
code (0x7bc513e9).»

FWIW, you can probably dig out the installer URL from the js code of
my.remarkable.com, the only reason it's not displayed without a device
connected to the account is because it is useless without it (so to avoid
confusing customers).

But to spare you the wasted time of digging through minified JS:
