[Bug 34048] IE8 x64 for Server 2003 exits silently

I cannot get this far in Wine 4.20, even following the Winetricks recipe
(changed for x64 of course). The setup insists that a newer version of I.E. is
installed.

002d:fixme:wintrust:SOFTPUB_VerifyImageHash Cannot verify hash for
pszObjId=(null)

I'm guessing that might be the real issue but I really don't know. Blocked.
