This hack allows the installer to start, and it claims at least to finish fine
after a while. Haven`t tested anything further

I wonder if this bugreport is really a WONTFIX. I guess when setting version to
win2003, wine should report a lower version for iexplore, but is that something
that we want/will ever be implemented???

At least it doesn`t exit silently so maybe this should be resolved as fixed or
update title?
