Use 'winetricks -q speechsdk' to work around.

I've tested with all Coffees*.exe samples. They could recognize my voice.

Your problem with 'Bababolka' and SAPI5 has nothing to do with this ticket
which is about Wine builtin SAPI component insufficiencies.
