[Bug 46410] Screen flickering in WoW

This bug is still active on my system, Fedora 31, Nvidia 1050 GPU, but when I
disable SSAO in the game settings, the flashing stops.  As i travel I see
texture flashes, and wrong colour  and fonts in the character names.  I self
compiled wine and vkd3d from the respective gits.  I have the latest vulkan,
and tried different nvidia drivers, both release and beta versions.  I
understand that others do not see this, and the common denominator is that they
use the 16 or 20 series of nvidia hardware.
