Hello,

There is a bug in GD3D11:
https://github.com/Kirides/GD3D11/issues/25

The d3dcompiler_47.dll shipped with GD3D11 was 64-bit. The game is 32-bit so
Wine couldn't load that native DLL.

There was an update to GD3D11 3 hours ago to fix it:
https://github.com/Kirides/GD3D11/commit/44b2746ffb06c3c26979f65a61112e7a960ce029

Please retest with updated GD3D11:
https://github.com/Kirides/GD3D11/releases/tag/v17.7-dev15-fix1
