[Bug 46410] Screen flickering in WoW

tested the most recent git of vkd3d and i still have the screen flicker.  it
has been a month since my last comment, and I wonder if anyone is working on
this. I can disable SSAO and flicker stops but text over NPC in game is
garbled, and ground texture is constantly flashing.  I have removed the fedora
distro libvkd3d and the problem still persists.
