I can't reproduce this I'm afraid. Please try a clean installation again, and
don't try to disable d3d support. I used current wine + current winetricks, for
dotnet48 and d3dcompiler_47, otherwise login window does not show up.

After that, Notes window (from Tools -> Notes), appears fine, without crashes.
I was able to add some notes and switch between them. I see no glitches in
other parts too.
