Even with the patched version from Ian Patt's github, I am seeing some weird
behavior where some DLLs end up in loader lock that work on Windows, or CTD.
I'm not sure all of these are the same issue, but skse (not 64) works fine on
the same prefix.

One example, is try to use the linked SKSE64 and
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/21294, this ends up in a
nasty loader lock.

The other case was a plugin whose source I don't have license to share, which
was crashing in DllMain trying to statically initialize a BSString.

I'm not entirely sure what is wrong, but it seems like about half of the skse64
plugins I have tried are still sort of borked.
