the process "Xorg" owned by root is at 99.7% CPU utilization while wine 6.11 or
wine 6.12 are running.

I am writing every program as that is the case (any program would have been the
better word). I mentioned the wine uninstaller above, winecfg is the same.
I now tested with "wine -v", which immediately resulted in 99.7% CPU
utilization and took 15 seconds to start displaying the the wineprefix in c is
being updated message.
Just switching to the gnome-terminal tab with htop and killing the terminal
window after was quite the challenge.
Yes, tests were done in clean/deleted wineprefixes as is best practice.
