Mouse issues.

On some ddraw Games the mouse cursor turns into a black rectangle when the
cursor is shown over a Dialogue box. It should turn into a hand.

I do not know that is really a ddraw bug.
But it happens when ddraw is necessary.

Bejeweled 2
Zuma deluxe
