Somehow it is missing; probably an oversight. Thank you for clarification
though, at least I learned where to grab the correct header.

Now we only have to hunt down a few extremely obnoxious Clang-related
regressions*... Like the one where clang/lld builds a few remaining .dll.so's
such as (BaseOfCode << 32) + AddressOfEntryPoint < ImageBase, which
fixup_rva_ptrs seems to further mess up.
