Both the Aztaka and Gray Matter config tools work with wine-6.11 and wine-mono
6.2.0.

Wine-mono added monoDX in

It was first included in wine-mono 6.0.0, which wine started using in
<https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commit/cae84e2b06fca691e3572d68a933a98b94962e16>.
