I'm seeing the same error on an up to date Arch Linux with kernel 5.12.1 and
6.8 wine-staging.

win32 prefixes are generated and working correctly, win64 prefixes fail with
the error above.
It also seems like existing win64 prefixes broke during update as I can't seem
to launch any 64-bit applications.
