Compiled test for windows

Looks like the bug is fixed in WIne-6.19. I compiled the test for windows (.exe
file) and I tested with wine.

command to compile: i686-w64-mingw32-gcc test.c -ld3d9 -luser32 -lgdi32 -o
test.exe


Can an administrator close this bug as FIXED?
