For users needing a workaround: Replace the D2D1 DLL with a native one. More

I hope you guys don't mind the redundancy of me posting a workaround here as
well. I had trouble finding this information, so I want to spread the word.

Cool that you already have a testcase for the builtin D2D. I wish you good luck
 fixing it! Much appreciated.
