Hmm, for some reason `drive_c/windows/syswow64` is empty. 

I copied over those files from another Wine prefix (which was setup with an
earlier Wine build) and now the program seems to work, despite the crash during
Wineprefix creation.

When creating a prefix with WINEARCH=win32, everything works perfectly well, no
workarounds needed.

Can Otto confirm if this fixes the problem, or should I create a separate bug
report?
