[Bug 51645] wine: could not load kernel32.dll, status c0000135

New test on wine-6.16, new prefix works fine on Arch linux, so that issue is
gone, doesn't lock.
However still getting the error with Rockstar Social Club launcher:

$ wine Rockstar-Games-Launcher.exe
