This is still present with wine-7.0-291-g9a4992173e1 and Source Insight 4
version 4.0.0093 (20/03/2018) and earlier.

They added a workaround for wine in newer versions, which I can confirm does
fix the issue. The changelog for version version 4.0.0095 (21/08/2018)
