Netbios and Wins support

Hi Claudiu,

I've been doing some work to get Windows shares to work in Wine without 
having to use smbmount. There's still a very long way to go before we 
can use DCOM over named pipes.

I'm pretty sure, however, that Outlook does not depend on NETBIOS 
support when connecting to an Exchange server.
